Longer Stroke Model Added to Deschner Mini-K Series Kinechek Speed Regulators
A new addition to the established Kinechek Mini-k series speed regulators has been introduced by DESCHNER corporation, Santa Ana, California. The new unit, the 1.5" stroke Mini-K, now provides users the longest stroke unit available in the Mini-K series and combines the advantages of a long-stroke, with the same compact design and 400 lb capacity as other Mini-K's. The 1.5" stroke Mini-K joins the .05", 1" and 1.25" stroke models with the same high quality of manufacture.
According to company spokesmen, the longer stroke model was developed in response to the numerous requests for the same compact unit, but with the ability to control the speed/feed over a longer distance.
The longer stroke Mini-K is especially useful when used on hand held drills.
It is also ideal for use in other hand held tools, lab equipment, food processing machinery and robots.
All Kinecheks and their companion units, Cushioneer shock absorbers, are hermetically sealed and may be operated in any position for millions of cycles without leaking. They can be infinitely adjusted over a wide range to give smooth control of forces as low as 5 lbs. Or as high as 1200 lbs. Speed variations due to temperature changes are almost imperceptible thanks to the use of constant-viscosity silicone fluid instead of hydraulic oil. Kinecheks are available in over 70 different sizes and speed/feed configurations.
