SpeechFrame® Now Also Available for Windows and Linux

SOESTERBERG, The Netherlands, April 5/ -- Comsys announces that the SpeechFrame® telephony platform is now also available for the Windows and Linux operating systems. Until recently
SpeechFrame® could only be run on the SUN Solaris platform. Thanks to the
replacement of the components especially created for SUN by JAVA-components,
SpeechFrame® now functions platform independently and is available in a
wider area.

SpeechFrame® is an interactive voice response- (IVR) and telephony
platform for automated handling of phone calls. In the telecom branch, where
SpeechFrame® is widely applied, SUN Solaris is a commonly used platform. In
other market segments however, operating systems like Windows and Linux are
often used. In the future these market segments, like SMB, finance, ISP etc.,
can also profit from the advantages of SpeechFrame®, such as cost savings
and a higher service level.

Hans Stapel, manager marketing and sales at Comsys: "The platform
independency of SpeechFrame® enables potential customers to make their own
decision about which system they wish our solution to be installed on."
