SouthWood Signs Identify Office Park as David Taylor Corporate Center

CHARLOTTE - SouthWood Corporation (www.southwoodcorp.com) has completed the design, manufacture and installation of all interior and exterior signage for David Taylor Corporate Center owned by Beacon Partners. SouthWood specializes in the creation and implementation of image-conscious signage and graphics for clients nationwide.

"For more than thirty-five years, SouthWood has provided a broad variety of signage solutions for an even broader array of clients and projects. We've designed and built signage for paper mills, business parks, corporate headquarters, retail and professional facilities, and more," says Ernest Dwight, president of SouthWood. "We're pleased to work with Beacon Partners to provide signage for David Taylor Corporate Center."

Located at 10101 and 10105 David Taylor Drive in University Research Park, the property consists of a corporate office and a corporate warehouse facility totally more than 200,000 square feet on 28 acres of land.

"After purchasing the property, we immediately invested in capital improvements including updating the lobby finishes and overhauling the park landscape and signage. Rebranding the property as David Taylor Corporate Center was an essential part of the renovation," says Chris Perri with Beacon Partners. "SouthWood brought decades of experience in corporate identity and branding to the table and partnered with us to achieve the right results."
