Hytrol Introduces ViperSort
Hytrol's ViperSort can accurately track and divert small to medium sized products onto chutes that are 90° from the sort conveyor, at rates up to 100 items per minute.
This sorter utilizes a plastic modular cleated belt with a pusher mechanism that allows products to be diverted at a right angle onto chutes on close center lines.
The ViperSort is versatile enough to be utilized in many applications. Items such as cosmetics and pharmaceuticals have been almost impossible to convey and sort due to their small size and irregularly shapes. With the invention of the ViperSort this is no longer an issue. Also, larger irregularly shaped items up to 25 lbs. are sorted with ease.
