Sonneborn Drives New Customer Feedback Initiatives with Confirmit EFM

New York, NY February 7, 2007 -- FIRM (OSE: FIRM), the world's leading provider of software for Enterprise Feedback Management (EFM) and Market Research (MR), today announced that Sonneborn, Inc. has licensed the Confirmit EFM platform to power their newly expanded customer satisfaction initiative. The world leader in the manufacture and supply of high-purity specialty hydrocarbons, Sonneborn has licensed the Confirmit On-Demand software solution guaranteeing an up-time minimum of 99.7%.

Established in the early 1900's, Sonneborn pioneered North American white mineral oil manufacturing and the production of petrolatum for use in medical salves and ointments. A global company, Sonneborn's US operations are headquartered in New Jersey with their manufacturing sites in Pennsylvania and The Netherlands. Sonneborn's clients also span international borders and monitoring customer feedback and satisfaction will be an ongoing strategic initiative.

Having conducted customer satisfaction surveys via telephone and on paper, Sonneborn launched an extensive review of online survey software that could accommodate their new customer satisfaction program. While their initial rollout will be limited to North American clients and contacts, multilingual capabilities were important as Sonneborn plans to eventually deploy the surveys across all clients worldwide. "The advanced feature set and ease-of-use were definite factors in our decision to license Confirmit," said Roy Seib, Marketing Manager at Sonneborn. "The ability to import and integrate existing customer and client data with surveys built on the Confirmit platform to develop detailed customer profiles for more meaningful reporting was critical to our decision."

Challenged by their CEO to develop a more effective customer satisfaction feedback process, a team at Sonneborn developed their plan to conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys with Confirmit and provide results reporting through Confirmit Reportal. Sonneborn plans to leverage the platform to provide senior management with dashboards to visualize results and drive appropriate corrective action and continuous process improvement throughout the organization.

"We've noticed the trend of leading global organizations implementing EFM platforms as part of a strategic process for a forward-looking outlook to drive business efficiencies," said Kjell Ã~ksendal, FIRM's Vice President of Marketing. "Confirmit EFM enables companies like Sonneborn to link customer feedback with business performance and drive operational improvements. Confirmit's sophisticated and advanced feature set can meet the needs of global organizations while its user-friendly interface can be easily operated by teams that have little or no experience from similar applications."

Confirmit's world-class EFM and MR platform can be licensed as Confirmit On-Demand or Confirmit On-Premise. Confirmit can be implemented in both online or offline locations and comes with Confirmit Reportal enabling live access to customized reports ensuring that end-clients, executives and other relevant stakeholders have critical insight at their fingertips when decision are to be made.
