PBR Industries Expands Family of Recyclers
Lindenhurst, NY. PBR Industries, known for the outstanding reliability of its family of RESOLV-/R2 Air Cooled Solvent Recyclers, is proud to add another series of products to its line. The RESOLV-R2® ECO series solvent recyclers, available in 37, 53 and 105 gallon sizes, are built to meet Class 1 Division 1 Group D Explosion Proof code requirements. This series complements the smaller capacity solvent recyclers, available in 2.6, 4, 6.6, 11, 16 and 24 gallon sizes. PBR Industries now offers a full range of recyclers, from 2.6 to 105 gallons.
The ECO series includes a fully automatic cycle and is controlled by an 8 bit computer processor. These models are particularly suited to firms with a large solvent consumption. The reclaiming equipment consists of two sections. The primary evaporation tank is connected by rotating joints to the secondary unit, where solvent vapor is condensed.
The ECO features:
o Waste solvent is automatically loaded. A level control device prevents overload condition.
o Easy waste removal is accomplished by use of an automatic external valve located on the tank bottom.
o The unit will continue to run in automatic mode as long as there is waste product to be processed.
The ECO series may be equipped with either air-cooled (standard) or water-cooled condensers. They can also be combined with appropriate sized electric or pneumatic vacuum units for recovery or high boiling solvents.
