Solid-State Relays utilize Superior Surge Survival(TM).
Share:
Press Release Summary:
RVMA solid-state relays are available as din-railed mounted, 25 amp or 40 amp SSR + integral heat sink. Units accept analog 4-20 mA input and instantly convert it into Pulse Wave Modulating or time proportioning pulsing output. Cycle time is 500 msec and output resolution is 8.3 msec. RVMA 25 amp (1 in. wide) and 40 amp (2.5 in. wide) are suitable for use as output devices for use with PLCs and other machine control packages.
Original Press Release:
Continental Industries International Introduces New 4-20mA Input Solid State Relay
LEESBURG, VA - Continental Industries International has released the new RVMA family of solid state relays. Available as a din-railed mounted, 25 amp or 40 amp SSR + integral heat sink, this unit accepts the industry standard, analog 4-20mA input and instantly converts it into a high speed Pulse Wave Modulating or a time proportioning pulsing output. When used with PID temperature control blocks in a PLC(TM), SCADA system, or other control system, the new RVMA gives you precise heat control without extra engineering or programming time.
Operating with a high-speed 500msec overall cycle time and an 8.3msec output resolution, the RVMA delivers accuracy. Available is a slim footprint design, the RVMA 25 amp (1 inch wide) and 40 amp (2.5 inch wide) use minimal din rail space - making them the ideal output device for use with small PLCs or other machine control packages.
In addition, the RVMA uses the new Superior Surge Survival(TM) engineering to ensure the long-term reliability, even in a typical factory environment where electrical surges are common.
