Magnatrol Type "A" and "AR" Solenoid Valves Ideally Suited for Water/Wastewater and Fuel Oil Applications



Magnatrol Valve Corporation, an industry-leading manufacturer of full port, internal pilot operated, and direct acting solenoid valves, has announced availability of their Type “A” and “AR” Bronze Solenoid Valves for use in water/wastewater and fuel oil applications.



Available for pipe sizes from 1/2” - 3”, the valves feature cast bronze, globe pattern valve bodies with NPT ends, and packless construction with continuous duty coils for all voltages. The valves require no differential pressure to open and are easily serviced while in the pipeline, shortening costly downtime while increasing productivity.



Type “A” valves are normally closed (energize to open) and Type “AR” valves are normally open (energize to close). Valves have Buna N, Viton® or Glass filled Teflon® orifice seal materials with the Viton particularly well suited to handle fuel oils. Other valve applications are Gas, Air, Brine and more....



Standard shipment is 3-7 working days with rush orders shipped same or next day. Special applications/alloys and custom engineering are available along with a wide range of industry standard options. Every valve is manufactured and tested in house.
