Bio-Chem Fluidics' Next Generation Pinch Valve Line at AACC 2010

Solenoid operated valves suitable for medical and IVD applications

Boonton, NJ - Bio-Chem Fluidics will feature its new line of Bio-Chem Valve(TM) redesigned pinch valves at the American Association for Clinical Chemistry (AACC) Clinical Laboratory Expo, booth 7731. The show takes place at the Anaheim Convention Center (Anaheim, CA), from July 27-29.

Bio-Chem Fluidics' new line of "next generation" solenoid operated pinch valves are redesigned for more effective operation. The molded body of each valve features smooth contours that guide tubing into the pinch points and eliminate snags and snares. The new pinch valve 075, 100 and 150 series are available in 2-way normally open, 2-way normally closed, 3-way and dual tube configurations.

Valves are capable of continuous operation, easily meeting Bio-Chem Fluidics' 2 million cycle operating standard, and can remain in a fully charged state indefinitely without damage to the valve or tubing. The new design is constructed from chemically resistant materials to protect against corrosion caused by cleaning solutions.

Optional features, such as a tube sensor and manual override, are available upon request.
