New SolderPlus with WS421 flux features an aggressive flux chemistry that provides superior bonding strength for mechanical assembly applications where the flux activity of traditional solder pastes is not sufficient.
SolderPlus with WS421 flux is available in a variety of commonly used lead-free and tin/lead solder paste alloys, and is conveniently prepackaged in EFD syringes for precise application with automatic dispensing equipment.
