PresenterNet Enables CRM with New InterActor Product Launch

CAPISTRANO BEACH, CA - PresenterNet, provider of online interactive Web conferencing, launched a new version of its InterActor(tm) software today, with capabilities supporting CRM applications.

Used in interactive online Web presentations, InterActors are special graphics that request and capture onscreen information from audience members. When a sales presenter uses a PowerPoint(tm) slide with InterActors added, a PresenterNet database captures the information entered by each audience participant for direct entry into a CRM contact manager.

"Many sales professionals engage new prospects during PresenterNet presentations, and need to capture new names, titles and functions", explained PresenterNet CEO Doug Wolfgram. "Slides with InterActors request each new participant to enter contact information, as they would with a sign-in sheet at a face-to-face meeting. Once PresenterNet captures the contact information however, there is no need to enter data manually."

According to Wolfgram, InterActors add additional sales functionality to ordinary PowerPoint. "Along with contact information from InterActors, subsequent slides can ask questions with a variety of response formats, to build a CRM record. InterActors transform PowerPoint from a static presentation medium to an integral part of CRM data capture."

PresenterNet InterActors have numerous roles within a company's overall sales process. Positioned to use a company's CRM data, PresenterNet provides a sales execution capability that adds presentations to ordinary phone conversations. "When sales people have a PresenterNet presentation ready to go, any phone contact can instantly become an online presentation that captures information to drive follow-up proposals, or even orders," Wolfgram stated.
