"Our research identified the need for robust and integrated provisioning and diagnostic software for VoIP service. This release enables our customers to significantly improve their delivery of VoIP services to end subscribers," said IBBS Vice President Products Chris Anderson.

BBX 4.5 includes a range of other enhancements including:

-- New diagnostic features that support faster troubleshooting including tools to remotely assess customer subscriber in-home wiring.

-- Expanded trouble ticket views and reporting for increased operational visibility.

-- New Voice Mean Opinion Scoring (MOS) capabilities to help operators identify quality of service issues.

Anderson said, "BBX 4.5 empowers our customers to lead their individual markets through the effective integration of Broadband technologies and the delivery of continual improvements in service levels to their end-customers."
