PHILADELPHIA, August 12 - Shunra VE Application Performance Analysis Solution Provides the Tools Needed to Quickly Identify Specific Transactions Which May Negatively Impact Performance on the Live Network.
Shunra Software, the world's leading provider of network emulation solutions, today announced the release of Shunra VE Application Performance Analysis Package, a software solution available through both the hardware and software WAN emulation solutions offered by the company. This new package delivers a highly integrated solution for performance testing applications in a real-world network environment, identifying business transactions with performance issues and analyzing those transactions to guide performance improvement.
Shunra's VE Application Performance Analysis Package enables rapid identification of specific business transactions which may experience performance problems when running over the production network. During performance testing, automated packet captures are recorded for the transactions of interest. Automated analysis tools then provide insight into the behavior of transactions based on the packet flows involved in the transaction. This level of integration has proven to reduce root cause discovery time from weeks to hours.
The components of this package are generally used in tandem, but may also be used independently of each other depending on the application or service being tested for the network.
