Basically, the remote support system consists of two parts - the user part so-called "Host Module" and the administrative part "Admin Module". The Host Module is remotely launched and supported at the customer's PC by the IT-specialist. Correspondently, the Admin Module is launched directly at the IT-specialist's PC. All the necessary settings (account name and passwords) are already written in the Host Module inside, so that the user needn't do it by himself. By filling in the form on the web site, a unique link for Host Module download is generated. After that, the IT-specialist sends the link via e-mail and to the customer and he gets a fully customized Host Module.
By having the customized Host Module downloaded, the customer's PC automatically appears in the IT-specialist's Address Book.
