Support for OPWDD 147, monthly MSC notes and billing audit reports in Therap 9.0

WATERBURY, Conn. - Therap 9.0 developmental disabilities software released last week showcases an array of New York specific online forms, including OPWDD 147 incident reports, monthly Medical Service Coordination Notes (MSC notes) and habilitation checklist mapping.

The recently revised OPWDD 147 incident report form is a significant update with Therap 9.0. Users can easily review, print and submit the forms in the standard PDF format. Other enhancements include habilitation checklist mapping of HCBS waiver service types to particular service/habilitation plans.

In addition to OPWDD incident reports, Therap 9.0 includes a string of new NY specific features includingrunning MSC notes and monthly summaryand audit reports for compliance and billing. The latter will be generated at the end of individual service/habilitation plan workflow to determine whether all necessary criteria have been met before billing for a service.

"We offer the full range of documentation services required of the New York developmental disability community," said Kevin Lightle, Therap's Regional Director of Training and Support. "We provide support for Medical Service Coordination (MSC) and habilitation programs in residential and day settings. We support NY specific service plans, habilitation plans, IPOP and incident reports that comply with Jonathan's Law. We continuously update our services to better match OPWDD,DDSO, OMIG, and CMS standards."

In addition to New York specific forms, a number of generic features and applications have been added to Therap's suite of online developmental disabilities software. These include 'Time Tracking' for individual activity and behavior monitoring, medication schedules in medication administration records (MARs) and billing utilization and reconciliation reports. More information on these can be found on Therap's website.
