Overview
IBM Rescue and Recovery with Rapid Restore(TM) can help extend the cost savings of key ThinkVantage(TM) Technologies to your full enterprise. It provides a recovery environment with tools that can help reduce support costs. These tools aid in self-recovery and enable fast help desk resolution.
To accommodate customers deploying in a heterogeneous environment, IBM also offers Rescue and Recovery with Rapid Restore for non-IBM systems for an additional charge.
