Las Vegas, NV (April 6, 2005) - Checkpoint Systems, Inc., [NYSE: CKP is demonstrating the latest version of the company's powerful access control solution - Pinnacle V4.0 - here at ISCW 2005. Pinnacle V4.0 features the industry's highest levels of open architecture, scalability, modularity and intuitiveness to provide unrivalled access control capabilities along with the lowest cost of ownership. In addition, this latest version of Pinnacle provides seamless integration with Stopware, Inc.'s PassagePoint providing a comprehensive enterprise-level access control solution.

Upgrades to the Checkpoint Systems' LANLink(TM) controller for Pinnacle V4.0 include 10/100 base-T communications with 3DES 168-bit encryption for IT compatibility and security; DHCP supports ease of installation by automatically assigning IP addresses; and web-based diagnostics for analysis of each controller from any networked computer.
