Next Generation Property Management Software to be Released
Online System from SenEarthCo Announced
MINNEAPOLIS, Nov. 11 - Representatives from SenEarthCo announced today the release of their much anticipated property management system. The internet-based system provides information, management and accounting services to properties in common interest communities, homeowners' associations, condominiums and co-ops.
"Personal, one on one customer service is the backbone of the property management industry," says Timothy Broms, Director of Business Development for SenEarthCo. "Our new system takes a lot of the mundane work out of the hands of the property managers, so they can focus on more proactive, critical work." Broms went on to add that SenEarthCo will be rolled out nationwide at the end of the month.
The system meets the needs of most small to medium sized property management firms. Features include financial accounting, creation and tracking of maintenance requests and community information access twenty-four hours a day. The software is built on a common Linux platform and can be accessed as an application service provider (ASP) model.
"This program allows smaller property management companies to take their businesses to the next level, by increasing efficiencies through automation, providing better control, saving time and increasing communication," says Robin Storey, Smartstreet Division President and SVP of First Capital Bank. First Capital Bank will soon begin an affiliate program to recommend SenEarthCo to customers.
The software will be rolled out on a staged basis and will be available to most property management firms nationwide by January 2005.
