The Applied Stats Report Manager is a highly flexible software tool for report generation. With it, you can automatically produce capability reports, raw data reports, and intelligent reports that allow you to drill down by part number, machine, operator, or other fields available in your data. Report Manager mines data from the Applied Stats ODBC-compliant database, and an intuitive user interface lets you easily create recurring reports that run on an hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
Once a report has been defined, Report Manager automatically runs the report at the correct time and saves the output as either an HTML file or a comma separated values (CSV) file. You can view the HTML file in any browser, send it via e-mail, or post it directly to your Intranet site. The CSV file can be imported into other tools such as Microsoft® Excel®. Either way, you get exactly the data you requested at just the right time.
