I-TRACS Software Enhancements Improve Collection Item Processing and Security

Security enhancements provide the necessary controls to mitigate risk, including Item Status Control so that operators cannot select an invalid "next" state for an item status unless they have authorization, and Report Ownership Security with three security options -- Public, Shared, and Private.
