SGS Announces the Launch of ContactPoint(TM) 2.3



ContactPoint(TM) 2.3 brings exciting new product offerings and significant enhancements to the ContactPoint product suite, a market leading workforce optimization solution

ATLANTA, Feb. 23 /- SGS Inc, developers and providers of the award-winning Workforce Optimization Solution, ContactPoint(TM), today announced the launch of version 2.3 of the ContactPoint product suite. Building upon the success of previous versions, ContactPoint 2.3 takes the vision of workforce optimization further than ever before, offering brand new versions of three core product modules - ContactPoint Recruiter, ContactPoint Trainer and ContactPoint Forecaster - as well as a number of exciting enhancements to the rest of the suite.
