The application enables organizations to better integrate emergency preparedness with daily operations and increase the efficiency of incident management processes. Released to coincide with National Preparedness Month, Avineonics 2.0 includes new and enhanced features for measuring emergency preparedness, managing incidents as they occur, and producing after action reports. Avineonics facilitates collaboration and provides a common operational picture for organizations such as utility companies, municipalities, regulatory bodies, and government agencies to manage and monitor incident response. The software applies business process management (BPM) for effective execution of procedures such as emergency operations plans (EOP), standard operating procedures (SOP), storm restoration plans, and communication plans. Avineonics also supports Incident Command System (ICS) features and National Incident Management System (NIMS) guidelines. The solution can be implemented as a stand-alone application or part of an integrated system.
