Employers are required by regulation to train and re-train employees on various safety topics, and to keep accurate records regarding the training. The Keller-Soft(TM) E-Z Access Recordkeeper simplifies recordkeeping responsibilities by allowing users to track a wide range of information. The software includes pre-assigned fields that cover standard training recordkeeping data such as personnel trained, training topics, locations, instructors, recognition, attendance, and training dates. Users can also customize the program by including additional fields such as service anniversaries, birthdays, employee evaluations, attendance, and more.
