FastPic Office records management software from FastPic Systems improves security of warehousing file storage and retrieval operations while increasing accuracy and accountability.
FastPic Office has been developed for fast and simple implementation and ease of use. For example, the graphic user interface is designed for easy "one click" navigation.
With FastPic Office, file folders can be selected using up to eight user-defined key fields for maximum flexibility in records tracking and management. The software can also import folder information, increasing efficiency by saving manual key entries, and can control an unlimited number of manual and/or automated file storage systems from one PC workstation.
File folders can be stored alphabetically, by terminal digit, manually, in free format, or in a format selected by the system. For added flexibility, each file folder can be defined with a different storage method.
FastPic Office offers users a variety of standard report formats to help in file management. A "Folder Report" details user defined key fields, date of last issue, date of last return and borrower information. The "History Report" includes transaction information with transaction type, first three key fields and borrower information. All reports use Crystal Reports, and custom reports can be created with the Crystal Reports Writer. Reports can be exported to other types of formats, including text documents and spreadsheets.
FastPic Office software supports file storage in file cabinets, shelving, mobile aisle systems, Electric Lateral File System (ELF), and Vertical Lift Modules (VLMs). When combined with an ELF systems the software adds additional file protection. The software runs on Windows 95, 98, NT, and 2000.
