J. J. Keller Introduces OSHA Recordkeeping Software

Neenah, WI - J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc. has just introduced its latest version of Keller-Soft® Workers' Comp Manager II Plus OSHA 300 Recordkeeper, a software program that helps users record, track and report on workplace injuries and illnesses in order to satisfy state and federal recordkeeping requirements.

Keller-Soft® Workers' Comp Manager II Plus OSHA 300 Recordkeeper features a database of injury and illness information. Users input details about an incident, and the software pulls that information into the appropriate First Report of Injury (FROI) and OSHA 300 forms, documents and reports. Users can view, print or e-mail completed FROI forms directly to their state or insurer.

The software also helps users manage a host of workers'-comp-related tasks, including tracking the progress of a workers' comp case, maintaining notes and correspondence on cases, and creating an early-return-to-work policy with individualized plans for each case.

Users can use employee incident data already stored in the software to produce an OSHA-required Annual Summary. They can also access information for planning purposes, including reports that can help identify incident trends. Users can print annual reports, run analysis reports and create charts and graphs based on data.

An "Ask Keller" feature is also included. When users run the software on a computer with an Internet connection, they can submit compliance questions directly to J. J. Keller's safety and compliance professionals who will provide timely answers.

In addition to these features, the new version allows users to calculate days away from work and produce enhanced case analysis reports. The new version also allows users to calculate monthly incidence rates for multiple locations, lost workdays per 100 employees, costs as a percentage of payroll, average cost per claim, lost workdays per recordable incident, and cost per employee.

The Keller-Soft® Workers' Comp Manager II Plus OSHA Recordkeeper software is available for $399 by calling 1-800-327-6868. Callers should reference Action Code 14338 when ordering. Visit www.jjkeller.com/workercomp for more information.
