New Functionality Helps Customers Better Manage Workers, including Contingent Labor and Service Providers
CHICAGO, Dec. 17 -- Fieldglass, Inc., provider of the leading unified platform for acquiring contingent workers, service providers and direct hires, today announced a successful customer upgrade to an enhanced version of its award-winning InSite(R) software-as-a-service product suite. New functionality within InSite streamlines the management of program activities by better enabling suppliers, increasing communication and easing integration.

New contact management functionality within InSite allows suppliers to better serve their clients with a deeper understanding of every job seeker, candidate, applicant and worker. Suppliers can track and view all history items in one place, allowing suppliers to better manage day-to-day responsibilities, quickly get up to speed on a contact's status and better communicate with workers and buyers.
Expanded InSite Advisor Messages
Fieldglass has added several new messages for both buyers and suppliers to InSite Advisor. These automated, informational messages help users make proactive program decisions while reviewing worker-related documents. For example, InSite Advisor displays a message when a job seeker's prequalified status or certifications are updated or modified.
New Utilities Ease Data Management
With this release Fieldglass dramatically increased the number of upload and download utilities for bulk data management. These utilities make it possible for programs to self-manage large data sets and bulk changes.
