With JobBOSS ShopAlerts, users define and access "Views" of current activities in the shop. Then ShopAlerts automatically delivers specified information to employees, customers, and vendors. "Pop-up Alerts" and "Instant Messages" can be delivered via e-mail, cell phone or pager.
