RICHMOND, BRITISH COLUMBIA--MDSI Mobile Data Solutions Inc. (Nasdaq:MDSI; TSX: MMD) has launched MDSI ideligo(TM), a new wireless enablement application for companies with field service organizations that must meet exacting standards of customer service. Leveraging the wireless and mobile application capabilities of MDSI's market-leading Advantex(R) mobile workforce management solution, MDSI ideligo wirelessly communicates data in real-time between the field and enterprise applications, automates workflow, and lets field workers be more efficient and productive.

MDSI(R) offers MDSI ideligo as a mobile extension of selected enterprise application vendors' solutions. The product offers companies outside of MDSI's core telecommunications, utility, and broadband markets the opportunity to take advantage of MDSI's unmatched experience in wireless communications for the field service business.
