Asymtek Releases Fluidmove® for Windows NT® Version 4.7 Software

Carlsbad, CA -Asymtek announces the release of Version 4.7 of its Fluidmove® for Windows NT® (FmNT) dispensing software. Designed exclusively for Asymtek's Millennium and Axiom dispensing platforms, the new software now features Delta Z dispensing. By measuring the surface height in multiple locations along the programmed pattern before dispensing a continuous path, the system ensures a consistent dispense gap on uneven surfaces and more precise dot and line dimensions. Delta Z is ideal for close dispensing tolerances on such applications as wafer level packages and optical display components.

In addition to the ability to dispense fluid along XYZ paths, FmNT 4.7 integrates Asymtek's new Calibrated Process Jetting (CPJTM) system with its high-speed DispenseJet® technology. The DispenseJet has proven advantages for dispensing Surface Mount Adhesives and underfilling small fillets. CPJTM builds on Asymtek's award-winning Mass Flow Control Calibration to help the user control the volume of material in a jetted line, making jet dispensing of encapsulants and underfills simple to program and use.

Celebrating 20 years of success in 2003, Asymtek supplies award-winning automated fluid dispensing systems to customers worldwide. Specializing in semiconductor, surface mount, and electronics packaging applications, they are committed to providing total dispensing solutions and local support.
