Mountain RF Sensors Announces SDR Receiver Upgrades



Mountain RF Sensors has upgraded the features on their MtRF-2000 line of Software Defined Radios (SDR). The new features include:



Digital RF filters with sharper selectivity and increased stopband rejection

Passband tuning, +/- 2.5 kHz

DSP Noise Reduction, 3 levels

Noise Blanker, 5 levels

Wide-range power supply accepts 9.5 to 18 VDC, option for 18 to 36 VDC

Reduced power consumption, less than 10 W.



A new model, the MtRF-2004, has been added. It is optimized for 500 kHz to 30 MHz MF/HF bands. The receivers are ideal for leave-behind SIGINT and spectrum monitoring applications, supporting both analog audio and digital audio outputs. Various models cover the spectrum from 100 kHz to 3,000 MHz.



The MRFS-2000-M series is a 8.75” x 6.50” x 2.02” module, housing the Eurocard SDR receiver board.
