Software Defined Radio Receivers are offered in 2 designs.

Press Release Summary:

Covering 100 kHz to 30 MHz range, 8.75 x 6.50 x 2.02 in. MRFS-2501-M and 1U 19 in. rack-mount MRFS-2501-R are stand-alone, black box receivers housing two Eurocard SDR receiver boards. Communication is enabled via RS-232 serial, USB, or Ethernet ports, while use of 16-bit, 133 MHz ADC and Altera Cyclone III FPGA promotes sensitivity and dynamic range. These products, supporting analog audio and digital audio outputs, suit leave-behind SIGINT and spectrum monitoring applications.

Original Press Release:

Mountain RF Sensors, Inc. Introduces 2 New SDR Receivers

Mountain RF Sensors has added two receivers to their line of Software Defined Radios (SDR). Both cover the MF/HF frequency range of 100 KHz to 30 MHz, and are complete stand-alone “black box” receivers. The receivers are ideal for leave-behind SIGINT and spectrum monitoring applications, supporting both analog audio and digital audio outputs. Communication is available via RS-232 serial, USB or Ethernet ports. The receivers use a 16 bit 133 MHz A/D converter and Altera Cyclone III FPGA to achieve both high sensitivity and dynamic range.

The MRFS-2501-M is a 8.75” x 6.50” x 2.02” module, housing the 2 Eurocard SDR receiver boards. The MRFS-2501-R is a 1U 19” rack mount unit, containing the 2 SDR receivers.
