Real-Time Video Display and Control Software
Sensoray has introduced both a full featured multi MPEG stream player and a MPEG player SDK (software development kit). Both these software packages are based on Sensoray's high performance decoder technology which has been designed to decode multiple MPEG-1/2 streams simultaneously with very low
latency (usually under 1 second) while keeping CPU usage low and image quality high at full frame rates and resolutions. This client side software supports both the decoding of network RTP video and file streams.
Sensoray's model 2400WDS is a full-featured player. Among the many features it can display decoded video streams over a background maps or building plans. It can take snapshots and save them to bitmap files. MPEG streams may be sent to a file for later playback along side the real-time streams. The programs includes pan, zoom, and tilt controls for use with cameras attached to Sensoray's 2412 video servers.
Sensoray's model 2400SDK is a software development kit that has been developed to allow OEM's to build their own applications around Sensoray's decoder technology. The API includes a powerful set of decoder and display functions to simplify and shorten the development cycle of sophisticated video stream
player applications. The API is both directly C and C++ compatible. A sample application, including MFC/C++ source code, that demonstrates the use of all the API functions is included.
Both these packages include many utilities to facilitate their usage with Sensoray's 2412 MPEG-1/2 video server.
The cost of 2400SDK is $2500 and the 2400WDC is $985. Both include one year of support.
