Kenexa Unveils Updated Version of Kenexa CareerTracker®

The latest release of Kenexa CareerTracker features a new user interface designed by Cooper, a pioneer in interaction design, and incorporates enhancements such as an integrated dashboard to effectively manage an organization's alignment with its employees' goals and analyze performance data. The new version also facilitates the creation of more dynamic organization charts with modeling capabilities, a sophisticated reporting mechanism with metric displays and charts, and navigation based on goal-oriented design for streamlined user interaction.
