Latest ASI DataMyte Software Release Allows Custom Reports Of Multiple Characteristics Across Multiple Product Lines
PLYMOUTH, MN, August 22, 2003 - You can now create user-defined reports that include multiple characteristics across multiple product lines using DataMyte Analysis and Reporting software. The software is part of the newest release of the ASI DataMyte SPC Software Solutions package.
The software's User Defined Reports now include three new report columns:
· Value, listing the individual value or reading.
· Spec Limit Violation, which identifies values with specification limit violations for subgroups in the dataset.
· Incomplete Subgroup, which identifies subgroups with any mismatches between the characteristic's subgroup size and the number of readings collected for that subgroup.
The DataMyte Setup Editor software included in the package now provides charting support for the ASI DataMyte Model 4000 pen tablet data collector. Charts created in the Setup Editor software can be used not only in DataMyte Quantum SPC software, but on the 4000 mobile, wireless computing platform too.
Another Setup Editor enhancement allows the user to enter up to 20,000 characters in the characteristic notes field, greatly expanding the ability to attach notes on characteristic setups to data collection routines.
The DataMyte Tool Suite Editor, now included as part of the updated SPC Software Solutions package, adds support for multiple languages, including English, Flemish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, and Swedish. The Tool Suite Editor is used to configure device inputs for the ASI DataMyte Model 4000.
