RJG, Inc. Introduces their New Preventative Maintenance Software

InsightPM is RJG's new Windows based maintenance program for tracking tool repair histories, labor and material costs. This preventative maintenance program is compatible with RJG's real-time production system, or an independent spreadsheet can be prepared that feeds the application using a similar ASCII file format. This is a simple to use program with step by step instructions to guide you through set-up and use.

Preventative maintenance can be scheduled by hours or dates run and can be used to track tool repairs and/or machine maintenance. As many as ten tasks can be tracked for each tool or machine allowing for complete maintenance coverage. Once data is collected, a report can be generated to alert the user when tool repairs or machine maintenance is due. Maintenance frequency is customizable to the users needs.

InsightPM contains a module that lets you track maintenance inventory or create kits of parts associated with specific tools and machines. It tracks inventory used for repairs and allocates the cost to the corresponding job. Additionally work orders with a bill of materials can be generated. This module is also capable of tracking the value of in-stock inventory.

Another benefit of this program is the capability of adding non-production related equipment, such as compressors, elevators or fork lifts to your inventory maintenance program.
