Sodick to Feature High Technology at Mfg4 in Booth #1927
Sodick Inc. will feature its latest innovative Wire EDM technology at Mfg4. The SL400G Wire EDM machine will be on display in Brooks Associates Booth #1927.
The SL400G is a Rigid Linear Motor Driven machine that includes a 10-year positioning accuracy guarantee; it is also one of the newest additions to the Sodick product line up. The SL400G incorporates the new FJ (Fixed Jet) AWT; which has a reliable threading rate for both submerged and non-submerged threading. The SL400G incorporates a wire tension servo function that controls and stabilizes the wire tension during machining to ensure highly accurate performance. This new machine also features the SPW (Smart Pulse Wire) control with a Smart Pulse Generator, technologies that improve cutting speed and precision. The machine has an X, Y, Z travel of 15.75" x 11.81" x 9.84". This model is fully enclosed for total security.
