GARDEN CITY, NEW YORK - Transforming more than 40 popular glass pendants into energy efficient fixtures, WAC Lighting unveils LEDme(TM) Quick Connect Socket Sets utilizing the latest LED technology. WAC Lighting is a cutting edge "Responsible" manufacturer and designer of track, recessed, undercabinet, monorail and decorative lighting for the home or business environment.
New LEDme(TM) Quick Connect Socket Sets transform art glass pendant designs from its 500 Series into LED fixtures. Some of the many popular designs include: Fiore, Komal, Brulee, Sarah and Hani, as well as the new pendants-- Micha and Rhea. Utilizing the socket sets, Quick Connect(TM) pendants can be mounted to WAC Lighting's SOLORAIL (single circuit low voltage monorail system), DUORAIL(TM) (two circuit low voltage rail system), or surface mounted with a canopy. Quick Connect(TM) pendants, using the LEDme(TM) Socket Sets, can be dimmed with an Electronic Low Voltage dimmer from 100% to 15% or better.
For optimal performance and color consistency, WAC uses ANSI (American National Standards Institute) Compliant Warm and Neutral LED Bins from leading LED suppliers. Each LED saves energy, relamping costs and maintenance, while offering a 30,000-hour potential life.
