The BigBag Divider by Cabka-IPS is now available
With the BigBag Divider, Cabka-IPS brings its latest pallet innovation on the market. It has been engineered as a smart solution for transporting and storing bulk bags, while at the same time, solving a number of identified challenges due to damages caused from wooden pallet usage.
In the last few months, a development model of the BigBag Divider has been tested by Cabka-IPS across all sectors with selected customers. The knowledge gained from these usability tests have been incorporated into further development work. This revolutionary new material handling solution has gone from concept to execution in less than a year.
Custom-designed for firmly supporting big bags, the BigBag Divider is free of wood splinters and sharp edges and protects against abrasion and damage. The main elements are the four-sided fork shafts, which enable easy and effective filling and transport using a forklift. The tunnel design protects the bags from contact with the fork arms, which in turn can be retracted smoothly.
The transport of bulk bags on standard pallets poses a lot of challenges. Bags filled with powder and granules can shift causing the bags to settle making it difficult to remove from a standard pallet.
