At NPE 2015, SISE will be displaying its production monitoring system, Cyclades. SISE has over 40 years of experience in the plastics industry, and our production monitoring system was specifically designed for the needs of plastics processors.
Cyclades offers real-time data on cycle time, downtime and scrap causes, offering plant managers an opportunity to improve on production, planning and Overall Equipment Efficiency. Cyclades also offers mold and machine maintenance so molders can schedule preventative interventions. Cyclades desktop software can link seamlessly with your ERP so that production results can better match material provisioning. Our touchscreen terminals can be hard wired to a press or connect by antenna depending on a molder’s requirements and is available in 7 languages.
