FlexLink's New Genesis F1300 Single Magazine Offers 50-board Capacity, Competitive Pricing for Low-Volume Mfg.

Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, USA - FlexLink Systems' new F1300 Single Magazine Unloader, part of FlexLink's revolutionary new Genesis line of PCB handling systems, is a compact, price-competitive module designed to unload a magazine of circuit boards into a production line. Simple, robust, and reliable, the F1300 is intended for low-volume environments and is capable of handling one magazine that can be easily accessed from the back of the unit.

There's a lot of sophistication in this little package; it can buffer 50 boards at a pitch of 10 mm (0.394"), is fully programmable, and has an independent motor controlled belt section with "open transfer" technology. Its magnetically coupled "break-away" pusher assembly eliminates board damage. The F1300 can accommodate board lengths from 50-500 mm (2" - 20"), board widths from 50-500 mm (2"-20"), board thicknesses from .1- 4 mm (0.004" - 0.16"), and maximum board weight of 2.5 kg (5.5 lbs).

Standard features include SMEMA usage; CE compliant with ESD safe design; PLC control; a standardized ESD belting system and hand crank width adjustment, a DC motorized lift mechanism, protective safety covers, and more. Average cycle time is 8 seconds.
