Original Press Release:

Single Channel Precise Flow Syringe Pump

Harvard Apparatus has introduced an addition to the Pump 11 Elite product family. The Pump 11 Pico Plus Elite is now available in a single channel configuration that is compatible with syringe sizes from 0.5 µl to 60 ml.

The single channel configuration maintains the superior flow capabilities of the original dual channel Pump 11 Pico Plus Elite, while allowing for additional fluid volume without refilling the syringe.

The Pump 11 Pico Plus Elite offers unparalleled ease of use through a high resolution touch screen with intuitive icon interface. This infusion/withdrawal syringe pump can deliver flow rates down to 0.54 pl/min and is ideal for small volume injections such as drug studies and low flow rate applications including microdialysis and organ-on-a-chip experiments. This innovative syringe pump is also available with glucose clamp capability that sets the infusion rate based on subject weight, drug concentration and required dose rate.

The Pump 11 Elite Series allows the user to create, save, and run simple to complex methods without a PC. These syringe pumps are programmable and have advanced connectivity with a footswitch, USB serial port for computer control, RS-485 (or optional RJ-11) ports for daisy chaining pumps and Digital I/O for remote control.

Harvard Apparatus syringe pumps are for research purposes only. They are not intended for use on clinical patients.
