Company's SiliconDrive Products Offer the Option to Integrate SiBoost Technology in PC Card and 2.5 Inch Drive Form Factors to Stretch Capacity Further to 32GB
ALISO VIEJO, Calif., Sept. 13 -- Continuing its leadership role in providing the highest capacity and most reliable storage, SiliconSystems, Inc., the world leader in solid-state storage technology engineered exclusively for the enterprise system OEM market, today announced that it will offer double the current capacity of all products in its SiliconDrive(TM) solid-state storage product line. SiliconDrives will be available in increased capacities up to a maximum of 4 to 16 gigabytes (GB) depending upon form factor, starting in the fourth quarter of 2005. In addition, SiliconDrives offered in PC Card and 2.5 inch drive form factors have the option to integrate SiliconSystems' patent-pending application-specific SiBoost(TM) technology to further increase capacity to 32GB.

All products are compliant with ANSI ATA standards and are offered with a standard five-year warranty.
