Low Cost Isolated Thermocouple to Analog 0-10V Signal Conditioner
Calex Mfg. Co., Inc. of Concord, California announces the availability of the Calex 8920 Series. The 8920-500-DC and the 8921-1250-DC are low cost solutions ideal for applications where single point, isolated thermocouple signal conditioning is required.
The 8920-500-DC is for use with Type J thermocouples with a temperature range of 0°C to 500°C. The 8921-1250-DC is for use with Type K thermocouples with a temperature range of 0°C to 1250°C. Both models employ linearization and cold junction compensation as well as provide complete three-way signal isolation. The input is isolated from the output and both are isolated from the supply voltage. All models are housed in a plastic case with a built in DIN Rail mounting foot. The case dimensions are 4.3"L x 0.89"W x 2.9"H. All connections are made to easily accessible screw terminals. The 8920 Series is backed by Calex's five year warranty and is UL 508 and UL 1604 compliant.
