WAGO JUMPFLEX Loop Powered Signal Conditioner
GERMANTOWN, WI — WAGO expanded its JUMPFLEX® line of signal conditioners and relays to include a loop-powered signal conditioner offering conversion, isolation and transmission of a variety of signal types. The new 857-450 features power supplied by the output signal loop so no separate 24V DC power supply is required.
The compact signal conditioner ensures safe electrical isolation of circuits at 2.5kV with less than 0.1% transmission error enabling precise signal values. With an extended temperature range of -25°C to 70°C and safe and reliable operation, the 857-450 JUMPFLEX® can be used for electrical isolation of active I/O modules from the fieldbus level.
In addition to its technical features, the new JUMPFLEX® loop powered signal conditioner offers a wide range of input signal types with dip-switch configuration, zero and span adjustment for fine tuning, and all the benefits of JUMPFLEX® - CAGE CLAMP®S including vibration-proof and maintenance-free connections. The signal conditioner can be utilized across a variety of applications, most frequently within the process market, and any time a PLC input card is active.
