Sermatech Introduces New Double-Sure(TM) Dual Containment Sight Flow Indicator
Limerick, PA, Oct. 04 - Sermatech Surface Engineering announced today it is introducing the Double-Sure(TM) Dual Containment Sight Flow Indicator specifically designed for high pressure and high temperature conditions typically found in ultrapure processing environments.
Double-Sure Dual Containment Sight Flow Indicators are dual containment sight glasses with a 150 psig pressure rating and an operating temperature range from -20°F to 350°F (-29°C to 177°C). The inner chamber is subjected to a 225 psig hydrostatic pressure test and a 150 psig helium bubble test while the outer chamber is subjected to a 150 psig helium bubble test. Other product features include:
o Lexan® Impact Shield with an unobstructed 360° view
o Teflon® and Borosilicate Glass-Wetted Surfaces
o Unique Seal Design with a Teflon® PFA/Viton® B gasket
