The spring loaded Side Thrust Pins are versatile and practical components for holding, positioning, and clamping of workpieces, and are cost-effective, space saving, and easy to install. The knurled aluminum body requires a hole tolerance of only H8. Thrust pins are available in zinc-plated hardened steel or Delrin" plastic. Versions with NBR/perbunan rubber seal, used in applications involving fluid or liquid, are gold passivated; those without seal are silver passivated. Thrust springs are available in light, standard or heavy-duty end pressures.
The Eccentric Bushings are of steel with a black oxide finish. Use of this component facilitates the adjustment of side thrust pins, as the spring-loaded locating pin can be precisely located to suit the tolerance of the workpiece.
