WATERLOO, Ontario - Siborg Systems Inc. has begun offering the popular LCR-meter line Smart Tweezers and LCR-Reader on Amazon. Customers can receive their shipments faster and at lower shipping costs.
By offering the LCR-Reader, and the newly released ST-5S, as well as their respective accessories (spare test leads, chargers, etc.) on Amazon.com and Amazon.ca, American customers can avoid waiting times for customs and brokerage charges.
Surface Mount Technology (SMT) is the leading manufacturing method for electronics, which uses small components referred to as SMDs or Surface Mount Devices. These components are generally very small and may or not distinguishing marks. Testing and keeping track of these components and their values may be difficult. Smart Tweezers was created aiming to solve all issues with evaluating these small components. It is the combination of a small yet powerful LCR-meter and a set of tweezers acting as the test probes into a small, compact, one-handed-use device. The 1% basic accuracy is lower than the ST-5 model, but is about the same as the ST-2 and ST-3 models.
