Minimize Electrical Interface with new Micro-Link(TM) Shielded Connector

Remke Industries, Inc. recently introduced a new member of the Tuff-Link family of molded connectors: the Micro-Link Shielded Connector. This connector features a 360 deg aluminum mylar foil shield which minimizes electrical interference that tends to disrupt the signal from the connector to the control device. It also features gold-plated contacts for longer life, improved conductivity and corrosion-resistance. While other connector manufacturers use stamped & formed contacts, Remke contacts are machined from solid brass which produce pin-to-socket connections with precise tolerances that enhance electrical integrity.

The new Micro-Link Shielded Connector features a vibration-resistant design that prevents the coupler from backing-off even under extreme vibration. These connectors offer easy quick-disconnect of proximity sensors, photoelectric sensors and switches, hydraulic & pneumatic valves, limit switches and other control devices. They are rated NEMA 6P and IP 68, and are available in both single keyway (2-5 pole) and dual keyway (2-6 pole) configurations. These connectors are ideal for use on conveyors, robots, packaging and material handling equipment, automated assembly lines, machine tools and food processing equipment.
