Triform Introduces Large-Format Deep Draw Sheet Hydroforming Press, with a 32" Diameter Forming Area, 10,000 PSI, and a 13" Draw Depth Capacity

SUMMARY: Pryer Technology Group, manufacturer of Triform sheet hydroforming presses, has created a new Deep Draw Triform press - the 32" diameter, 10,000 PSI, 12" Stroke Model 32-10-12SC.

TULSA, OK - Pryer Technology Group announces the introduction of its latest Deep Draw Triform Sheet Hydroforming press. With a 32" diameter work area and a 13" maximum draw depth capacity, the new 10,000 PSI Model 32-10-12SC offers precision forming of a wide range of sheet metal parts not well suited to traditional forming methods.

The 32-10-12SC allows the forming of complex geometric shapes in a single operation. By uniformly drawing the metal around a single tool, the Triform press reduces material thinning and eliminates the need for mating dies, which significantly reduces tooling costs.

"Current Triform customers drove the development of this machine," says Scott Pryer, president of Pryer Technology Group. "These customers wanted the reliability, versatility and cost-effectiveness they have come to expect from their Triform presses, with the ability to produce larger and deeper parts."

The 32-10-12SC features fully-programmable touch screen controls that allow for fast job set up and tight control of the forming process. The operator can adjust the pressure and punch position throughout the forming cycle, and store optimal recipes to assure repetition with consistent part quality.

Triform offers a variety of additional Deep Draw and Fluid Cell Sheet Hydroforming press models, all featuring state-of-the-art hydraulics and computer-driven controls. For more information, call 855-864-4670 or visit www.triformpress.com.
