A new line of chrome-plated shaft collars for use in consumer products such as fitness equipment and in medical- and laboratory instruments has been introduced by Stafford Manufacturing Corp. of Wilmington, Massachusetts.
Stafford Solution(TM) Series Chrome Plated Shaft Collars feature a bright, finished appearance and a smooth bore to protect expensive shafts. Available in 47 standard sizes from 1/8" to 3" I.D., in one- and two-piece styles, they are designed for applications where aesthetics are important.
Machined from steel and fully split, Stafford Solution(TM) Series Chrome Plated Shaft Collars can be custom manufactured for a wide range of OEM design requirements. For example, they can be made in larger sizes with special threads, hinges, component mounting holes, knurls, and other features.
